How Can You Help? 

Volunteer for the door, set-up, take-down, flower arrange (no experience necessary!) be a steward at the concert, attend the concert and festival and bring friends, join a class to make some paper flowers, buy a wreath in memory of a loved one, sponsor a floral display (or the festival in general), bring some foliage, donate some home-grown flowers.

Flower Festival Sponsorship

£20 “In Memoriam Wreath” to be placed on the aisle as in previous flower festival:  Personal message (in memory of ……. With love ……please complete form as follows:

Other sponsorships:

£25  Mention in event program, will be combined with other sponsors (up to four per specific display)

£50  Mention in event program, (will be combined with other sponsors (up to two more per specific display).  One free ticket to the Flower Festival. 

£75 Mention in event program (combined with up to one other sponsor).  One free concert ticket and one ticket to the Flower Festival. 

£100  Mention in event program  (unique solo sponsorship).  Honourable mention at the entrance desk.  Two free concert tickets and one ticket to the Flower Festival.

Gold Sponsorship:  £125+, Mention in event program under Gold Sponsorship, Gold sponsorship display at entrance desk, two free concerts, two separate flower festival tickets.

Platinum Sponsorship:  £200+ Mention in event program under Platinum Sponsorship, Platinum sponsorship display at entrance desk, two free concert tickets, four separate flower festival tickets, Thank you for sponsorship on Historic Newark in Bloom FB page (regularly 4000+ views on posts and approaching 400 local followers)

In-Kind sponsorship:  Floral Display (sponsored by “company/organisation)

Items loaned by “organisation name”.   Flowers/plants donated by…..”company/organisation name”

If you wish to donate any money anonymously ie not have a mention in the program (any amount helps offset the cost of flowers which has increased incredibly since we last did this)….please leave at the Vestry office with Louise, or write confidentially to Kay Bellhouse, kay.bellhouse@stmnewark.org.  We had many anonymous donors last time we did the Flower Festival - and that was wonderful and very much appreciated.
