Mitchell’s View of St Mary’s

To me, St Mary Magdalene church is a warm and welcoming community whose purpose is not just to spread the word of God, but instead to make every individual who attends feel safe.

St Marys is not just your average church as it provides an extra sense of gratitude and works to go above and beyond to please. Everyone who works/has a part in the church in one way or the other, has made me [ A student on work experience] feel very welcome and a part of their natural society.

The only thing the church does not work hard on, is kindness as it is 2nd nature for the staff and participants of the church.

The church also has a very historic past to enjoy whilst being in the building and is a very pleasing place to work, whether that is in the cafe or inside the office. I can genuinely say that I am proud to contribute to this church and give back to my community in some way.
