The Medieval spire of St Mary Magdalene is more than 70m high, and can be seen from miles around. The tower dates back to the 13th and 14th centuries, and houses the ringing room, the clock room and the bell chamber. Climb 198 steps to the top of the tower, and hear the fascinating history of St Mary's tower, before enjoying unparalleled views of Newark and the surrounding areas.
